We work to keep product details, specifications and coverage information accurate, but they are provided for general guidance. Manufacturers change specifications, and satellite coverage and service availability depend on location, network and conditions. Please confirm the details that matter to you with us before you buy.

Prices and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a fixed price. Prices, availability, delivery and payment terms are set out in the written quotation or proforma invoice we send you, and an order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing.

Licensing and lawful use

The use of satellite equipment and services is regulated in many countries, including in the United Arab Emirates. Some devices or services may need approval, registration or a licence where you intend to use them. We are glad to advise, but you are responsible for using equipment and airtime lawfully in each country where you operate it.

Thuraya, Iridium, Inmarsat, Starlink and other product and network names shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the products and services we supply. Taurus Communications FZC is an authorized service partner of Thuraya; any other relationship is as described on the relevant page.
